For those of you that enjoy when my schedule goes poof with random craziness in a short amount of time, this is for you.
Wednesday and Thursday, photos for the TV production of Shots Fired, with Richard Dreyfuss, Helen Hunt and many other talented actors. My thanks to those people that got me the job. You know who you are. Also, photos those nights of The Coward's Choir at the Evening Muse, and the Charlotte Museum Of History gala. Friday, six events, including photos of a Carolina Business Review taping, one photo shoot for Olivia Fortson, photos of legendary DJ Chatty Hattie Leeper, Opera Carolina gala, photos of Charles Holloman at the Keg & Cue, and the awesomeness that was Scott Miller at the Double Door Inn. Oh, and I picked up copies of Tangents Magazine's first official issue since 1998 from the printers. Ta-da!
Today, after I run to the Earl Scruggs Center in Shelby to see a special showing of Don Sturkey's music photos, I will be at the Evening Muse from 2pm to 5pm for the free premiere party for the new issue of Tangents. Music from Mike Strauss, and gabbing with the Tangents staffers, old and new. Come out, have fun, and rejoice, for the song (and magazine) has no ending. See you there, and see you on the road.
