Update From FB

For those of you that follow these postings (and my sincere thanks to those of you that do), it was a fun and exhausting weekend. Here’s the tally. Three Observer events, including the Great Gatsby Gala, where I showed up with vintage hat and luggage in tow. Three nights of God Save The Queen City, photos of Mac McCaughan at Snug Harbor, Don Dixon and Jeffrey Dean Foster at the Evening Muse, John Howie Jr. and the Rosewood Bluff at the Thirsty Beaver, and interviews with folks at the United House Of Prayer For All People about the 50 year history of their Shout Band, the Mighty Clouds Of Heaven. AND released the first new issue of Tangents Magazine, just in time for the 20th anniversary of our first issue. Now it’s time to edit photos, prepare my photo show at the Charlotte Museum Of History in October, and welcomeMartin G Stephenson and Helen McCookerybook back to the US for a week’s worth of shows. Safe travels to you all, and continue to welcome the good possibilities that life can offer. And somewhere in my mind, there is a Painting Box.
