Report On The Last Two Days

Oh boy. The last two days. Let's review. Friday, photos of Carolina Business Review taping, photos and video of a music video shoot in Mount Airy, NC, and then back to Charlotte to photograph The Jazz Room concert at Stage Door. Saturday, photos of the Gray Classic brunch for the Charlotte Observer, more photos and video and photo in Mount Airy (Goober says "hey") on a music video shoot, and then back to Charlotte to emcee, and play with Jake Berger at his benefit concert at the Double Door Inn. My sincere thanks toRandy Franklin, and everyone that made this concert happen. AND opened a show of photos at the Levine Museum Of The New South, AND saw a whole page of my photos in the new Beach Boys tour program. Yeah. More on these soon.

Tonight, the Neverending Photo Tour stops at the Steve Miller concert at Uptown Somethingruther Amphitheater, and the Freakwater concert at the Double Door Inn. My thanks to everyone that follows this adventure, and thank you for being part of the journey. Stay safe out there, and see you on the road.

Offering Prints At The Jake Berger Benefit On Saturday

I'm printing some late '90s photos of Jake Berger to donate to the the silent auction portion of Jake's benefit concert at the Double Door Inn on Saturday. I just found these photos, and these are their first-ever printing. If you're not interested in photos of Jake, I'm also offering prints for the silent auction of any subjects in my archive. A Salute To Chuck Cecil

A big salute to Chuck Cecil, the retired from radio this week at the age of 94, and has helmed The Swingin Years program for the last 55 years. Thank you Chuck for all the music, and for re-introducing me to the music that my grandparents loved. See you on the road.
