The Last Few Days

Friday night, photos of the Wine Women & Shoes gala, and photos and video for a new band in the Mooresville area. Saturday, photos of the UNCF Maya Angelou luncheon, then to Lake Norman for the Swim Across America benefit, back to Charlotte for the CIS Lowcountry Boil gala, then up to Mooresville for the Dan Janssen and Band Of Golfers concert, where I saw a pre-teen drummer rip it up with members of Rascal Flatts, and Chicago. Sunday, photos of the Queen City Comedy Experience, and Jim Lauderdale at Stage Door. I'll be at the Neighborhood Theatre on Monday to get some new pics of the Monday Night All Stars. Recent Events Last Week, Up To Last Thursday

My life is a blur right now. But here are some notable moments from the recent blurs. 

This week, photographed several luncheons and private events, did new production photos of Tablao Flamenco, interviewed Michael Losekamp and Don Danneman of the Cyrkle, met and photographed Pete Rose, followed by photographing a rare collection of Prince memorabilia, more events, Dreamers and Weathers at the Underground, photos and video of Carolina Business Review, and geared up for even more photos and events this weekend. The Last Few Days, More Soon

Friday and Saturday, waiting for the hurricane to arrive, photographed Temperance League at Mac's, Jazz Arts Initiative, Old House Studios 20th anniversary, and the Tosco Music Party. Monday, drive through the remnants of the hurricane to see Michael Nesmith and the First National Band at the Birchmere. I've seen a lot of crazy things this year, but that show was one for the ages.
