Last week, spent two days at Ohio University, giving Maura Barley a tour of the campus, and sitting in on talks by Dr. Stephen Crocker, and an NPR talk and performance with Bob Boilen, Valerie June and Julie Byrne. Saturday, photographed Jan Crane Barley and Morris Barley's 60th wedding anniversary dinner in Michigan, hanging out where the Purple Gang once hung out, and dressed in our 1930s best. If you're in Charlotte this week, you will see me somewhere. It's that kind of week. See you in all the familiar places, and see you on the road.
